The Journey
Planning your wedding should feel exciting, calm, and enjoyable — never overwhelming. That’s why I follow a structured yet flexible approach designed to guide you through each stage with ease. Together, we’ll start with an overview of your current ideas and priorities, making sure I fully understand your vision from the very beginning.

As we move forward, your plans may evolve — and that’s perfectly natural. My role is to keep everything on track, ensuring that key details are handled at the right time, without you ever feeling rushed or that something has been missed.

Each step of the journey builds on the last, but our meetings remain open and collaborative. Whether you’d like to focus on music, food, or the finer details of design, I adapt to your pace, so you feel supported and confident throughout. The result is a seamless, thoughtful process that allows you to truly enjoy the journey to your wedding day.
Each package is bespoke to you as a couple and the level of support varies depending on the package you have picked, but the below should show how I work to understand your vision and to make it happen.
Your Vision
Understanding your dream, from the colour scheme, through to the feeling you want to give your guests.

Our first meeting will cover off everything from your must haves, must not and everything in between.​

You might know exactly what you want but you also might not have all the answers and that is ok. We will work through every element and I will give you some ideas to help you understand your likes and dislikes.
Budgeting
Meticulously working through every detail of the budget to ensure we bring your dream wedding to life, while maximizing every penny to its fullest potential. Removing that additional admin by also sending you payment reminders, especially as we get closer to the day.

Once I have an understanding of your vision, we can talk numbers. By doing this, we can work out where best to allocate your money to ensure you are staying within budget, all by just allocating it in the right places.
Venue and supplier costs can vary, so to have a guideline on expenditure, ensures you don’t have the dream venue but not enough left in the pot to style it.
The Venue
Assisting with researching and securing your dream venue.

Now we have the vision and budget sorted, we are moving into research. Whether you know exactly what you need your wedding venue to offer, or you want to look at a few options to work through what is available, we will work together to find the perfect spot.
I will share some options that I believe suit your requirements and you can either look solely at these or add them to your list of potential options.
Venue viewing is such a special time for you as a newly engaged couple, spending days out viewing your potential wedding venue, followed by a relaxing coffee or lunch break is something I would highly recommend! You need to feel all the feelings!
Suppliers
Sourcing suppliers that can flawlessly hit the brief and match your style.

Once the venue is secured, we will be able to dive deeper into the styling, food and everything else that makes your day, yours.

I will speak to potential suppliers who match your style to discuss their packages, availability and pricing before getting them booked.
Depending how involved you want to be, I appreciate for some this is one of the more exciting parts so if you want to be looking through the portfolio’s, quotes and mood boards, that is no problem.
Guest Communications
Save The Date’s and RSVP’s will all be sent out with my contact details on so there is nothing for you to worry about.

I will be on hand to answer any questions that your guests have. Weddings are admin heavy and a lot of this is from guests wanting to know where best to stay, what to do with their bags and evening transport options, through to dietary requirements.
Creating The Timeline
A well structed timeline is a major piece to the puzzle when it comes to ensuring the day runs smoothly.
There will be the timeline for your day including the ceremony, wedding breakfast and all of the standard wedding moments but I will also arrange the timeline for all suppliers to ensure they arrive, set up and finish, without a hitch.
Regular Meetings & On Hand Advise
Throughout the planning journey, we will have multiple meetings which can be via phone call, video call or face to face (if location allows), to thoroughly discuss every element.
Meeting frequency will vary depending on where in the planning process we are but I will always be on hand via text or phone call, to discuss anything that pops up in between.
On The Day Co-Ordination
Ensuring everything comes to life on the day, giving you both the wedding you have always dreamed of and allowing you to enjoy every precious moment.
I will be there from the very start to the end (which is normally when the party is well and truly underway). I will be the contact for all suppliers on the day, keeping track of the set up times and making sure everyone is where they need to be, so you can simply enjoy.
